Wall Hangings

 

Wall Hangings adorned with the image of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi are a popular Diwali decorative item. As the festival is a traditional one, wall hangings with ethnic touch are preferred over others. Embroidered cloth panels too work wonderfully as a Deepavali decorative.

 

 

MATERIAL

•  MDF Board or Hard Board (3 square of required size)


• Ganesha Stone and other design stones.


• Small Decorative Mirrors


• Bells


• 3-D outliner


• Acrylic Colors


• Fevicol


• Brass thin Wire

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Take 3 Square board and make hole at the top and bottom of it ( preferably diagonally ).


2. Take wire and join all the square to make a hanging.


3. Make rings of wire and attach to top and bottom of the hanging.


4. Paint the squares in different bright colors and let it dry. Alternatively you can use handmade paper also instead of paints.


5. Stick Ganesha and other stones, along with Mirror at the corner to make design. Dry it completely.


6. Now decorate the hanging with 3-D outliner and glitter. Let it dry.


7. Hang the bell at the bottom and Your hanging is ready!!

 

You can decorate your house using these hangings or even as gifts on auspicious occasions.
